Controllers, modules,
and HMIs.
EQSP32 controllers, EQXpansion modules for any sensing and control task, and industrial touch displays. One ecosystem, one software library, one mobile app — one integrated solution.
EQSP32 — choose by connectivity
All models share the same 16-channel I/O, full software library, and expansion module port. Pick the variant that matches how your installation connects to the network.
Your installation has good Wi-Fi coverage, or you want the option of a wired Ethernet connection. The most versatile model — works in both wireless and wired network environments.
Your application is Wi-Fi only and the controller sits inside a metal enclosure or in a location with marginal signal. The external antenna overcomes most shielding problems.
You need long-range wireless without cellular — agriculture, outdoor monitoring, or multi-node sensor networks. Wi-Fi is also available for local connectivity.
You want wired Ethernet with automatic Wi-Fi failover, and the controller sits in a metal cabinet or somewhere with marginal wireless signal.
Extend the EQSP32 for any sensing and control task
Modules plug directly into the EQSP32 expansion port and are auto-detected at boot. They are managed through the same library API as the on-board I/O, so expansion-module I/O is indistinguishable from local I/O.
10 additional digital inputs and solid-state outputs. DIN-rail compact format. Ideal for high I/O-count applications.
Ten AC, DC and pulsed voltage-presence inputs, 5 V to 380 V peak, in two isolated groups. Per-input frequency and signal-quality monitoring.
Eight 5 A relay outputs plus two calibrated 12-bit 0–10 V analog outputs with feedback, watchdogs and safe-state handling.
Eight 0–10V / 4–20 mA inputs at 14-bit effective resolution. Overcurrent protection on every channel.
Two PT100 inputs in 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire configuration. High accuracy for process temperature measurement.
Six K-type thermocouple inputs with integrated cold-junction compensation and per-channel fault detection.
BNC input for pH electrodes. Single-point calibration, auto-temperature compensation. Field-upgradable firmware.
Quad-band 2G cellular backhaul with external antenna. Remote telemetry, alerts, and cloud connectivity where Wi-Fi is unavailable.
