RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I. RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact and any additional items included with the product, such as documentation, tools, cables, etc.

II. INITIATE A RETURN

Reach out to our team at info@erqos.com to initiate the return process. You must verify with our team that you are eligible for a return.

III. SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable except if the return is a result of our shipping error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is important to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

IV. CUSTOMS

Customers must declare the return item accurately, specifying the appropriate shipment type and correct item value. Failure to do so may result in customs delays or additional charges, for which the customer will be responsible. Ensure all customs documentation is completed correctly to facilitate a smooth return process.

V. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

– Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

– Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 days.

VI. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

– Custom-made products

– Assembled or modified products

– Downloadable software products

– Special orders and clearance items

– Consulting and/or integration services

VII. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our team for assistance.

VIII. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or with defects, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance. Obtain a proof of posting certificate and a tracking number from your Post Office to process the refund for your return postage costs.

IX. RESTOCKING FEES

A 20% restocking fee may apply if you are returning a large quantity of the same product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer.
