Erqos engineers work directly with OEMs, machine builders, and systems integrators to turn control requirements into production-ready EQSP32-based systems, faster than an in-house build and without the platform risk.
We work best with teams that have clear control requirements and need a reliable partner to execute, not a vendor who will sell them a development kit and wish them luck.
You manufacture equipment and need a control system that is production-ready, CE-compliant, and supportable over the life of the product. We design, document, and hand over everything including bill of materials and source code.
You design and commission control panels for your clients. We provide the firmware, MQTT integration, and connectivity layer so you can focus on the electrical and mechanical scope you know best.
Every engagement produces a defined set of outputs. You know what you are getting before we start.
Fully commented source code covering control logic, I/O configuration, safety interlocks, and communication stack. Compiles directly in a free IDE with no proprietary toolchain.
Pin assignment table, signal type configuration, wiring diagram, and terminal labelling. Enough for your panel builder to wire the controller correctly without guesswork.
Topic structure, payload schema, and QoS settings. Works with any standards-compliant MQTT broker, cloud-based or on-premises. Includes reconnection logic and communication fault handling.
An operator interface showing live sensor values, output states, alarms, and manual override controls. Runs on PC and smartphone, on the local network or over the internet.
We keep the process short and predictable. No open-ended retainers, no surprise scope changes.
You describe the application: what needs to be measured, controlled, and reported. We define the I/O list, communication architecture, and deliverables, then send a fixed-price proposal. No obligation, usually within 48 hours.
We develop the firmware and documentation to the agreed spec. You receive a working prototype for review at the midpoint. Feedback is incorporated before final delivery. Typical build time is 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.
All source files, documentation, and a commissioning checklist are delivered. We provide 30 days of post-handover support for questions arising during installation and first operation. Extended support contracts are available.
Erqos has provided engineering support at different levels across the applications below, from firmware development and connectivity integration to full system design. They illustrate the range of control problems the EQSP32 platform is suited to.
Master/slave MQTT architecture with PWM valve control, Hall-effect flow monitoring, and weather-adjusted scheduling across multiple field substations.
Full operating sequence with safety interlocks, recovery ratio monitoring, TDS quality tracking, scheduled flushing, and MQTT telemetry to a remote dashboard.
Modbus-RTU metering and inverter control with real-time import/export balancing, soak load management, and communication fault handling.
Zone valve sequencing with open-switch confirmation, heat pump minimum run timer, HMI heartbeat watchdog, and full remote monitoring over MQTT.
Embedded finite state machine for autonomous vehicle navigation with CAN bus motor control, marker-based routing, and MQTT supervisory interface.
Differential temperature control with hysteresis, overtemperature protection, mutual exclusion logic, and Home Assistant integration via MQTT auto-discovery.
When a standard EQXpansion module does not cover your I/O requirement, we can design and produce a custom one. Our modular architecture makes this faster and less expensive than you might expect.
Every EQXpansion module is built around a common brain module that handles all communication, power management, and bus interfacing. The only thing that changes between modules is the function board underneath it: the part that contains your specific I/O circuitry, protection components, connectors, and terminal blocks.
Because the brain module is a proven, certified subassembly, a custom EQXpansion design starts from a validated baseline. We design the function board to your specification, prototype it, and validate it against the EQSP32 expansion bus. Depending on complexity, a custom module goes from specification to tested hardware in as little as four weeks, at a fraction of the cost of a ground-up custom PCB design.
Send us a brief description of your application: what is measured, what is actuated, and what connectivity is required. We will respond with an initial assessment within 48 hours.
